We’re adding a Deburrer to our Debur Department in Santa Ana, CA to help ensure our machined parts meet the highest quality standards. This hands-on role focuses on removing burrs, smoothing edges, and performing light assembly work — all while contributing to a clean, efficient production flow.

What You’ll Do

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts using hand and power tools
• Perform assembly tasks such as installing helicoils, inserts, and dowel pins
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy before final processing
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify and resolve issues in production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop standards
• Handle parts with care to ensure precision and consistency

What You Bring

• Experience in deburring or finishing machined components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across parts
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used for deburring
• Assembly experience with helicoils, inserts, and dowel pins is a major plus
• Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well independently or with a team
