🛠️ CNC Swiss Machinist – 2nd & 3rd Shift | Churubusco, IN

Pay: Up to $32.00/hr + 10% Shift Premium
Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shifts | Optional Overtime | Weekly Pay
Location: Churubusco, Indiana (NW Fort Wayne area)

Job Description:
Join a growing team at C&A Tool as a CNC Swiss Machinist working with advanced Star CNC Swiss machines. We’re seeking experienced machinists with setup and operating experience in a high-precision, multi-material environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CNC Swiss turning/milling machines
• Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Micrometer, caliper, and optical comparator usage
• Hand deburring/polishing of parts
• Reliable and team-oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Star CNC Swiss experience (SR20, SV32, etc.)
• Medical/aerospace parts machining
• Titanium, stainless, and high-nickel alloys
• CMM operation and manual programming skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Prolonged standing and moving between machines
