Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machinist to support the production of high-precision Aerospace components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a senior-level role, not entry-level. The ideal candidate is an expert in complex CNC setups, advanced GD&T interpretation, multi-axis machining, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.

Night shift availability is preferred. Starting pay is negotiable and based on skillset and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and execute advanced machining strategies across various materials
  • Read, understand, and troubleshoot CNC programs; reset offsets and resolve machine alarms
  • Make feeds and speeds adjustments and basic program edits per engineering guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and eliminate process variation (runout, flatness, dimensional drift, etc.)
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments and adjust offsets to maintain tolerance
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and CMM reports
  • Work to extremely tight tolerances (±0.0001")
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
