Position: CNC Programmer

🕒 1st Shift | Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
💵 $38–$45/hr

What You’ll Do

• Full part development from print to proven part utilizing Mastercam
• Multi-axis programming for 5-Axis Mill and Mill-Turn applications
• Creating fixture designs and tooling strategies
• Work directly with machinists in a hands-on, leadership role
• Innovating workflows in a dynamic environment with minimal rigidity
• Supporting continuous improvement across processes and setups

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 Axis experience with DMG Mori, Mazak, Doosan, Haas, or Matsuura Mills/Mill turns
• Experience programming with Mastercam
• Previous work with Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminum, High performance alloys
• Proven experience in job shop environments
• Ability to lead hands-on, collaborate, and innovate
