CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer – 1st Shift (6:30am-1:30pm)

📍 Hatfield, PA | 🕒 Full-Time (Direct Hire) | 💲 $38-40/hr

B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc. is growing and looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. We’ve been proudly family-owned for three generations, and today we’re investing in new technology, training, and talent to keep pushing forward.

What You’ll Do

• Program CNC lathes and mills from blueprint to first article.
• Support operators with setups, program changes, and troubleshooting.
• Train team members on machining techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve print/design issues.
• Apply expertise in tooling, materials, and multi-axis programming.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years CNC lathe/mill experience.
• 2+ years with Mastercam and/or Esprit.
• Strong blueprint reading & QC knowledge.
• Proven ability to train and mentor others.
