Job Description: We are looking for a talented CNC Programmer to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to produce precise parts for our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) using CAD/CAM software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to create accurate machine programs.
- Set up CNC machines, select tooling, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
- Perform test runs and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot programming or machine issues and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation and meet production deadlines.
