We are currently seeking a qualified CNC Programmer towork on leading edge technology products. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret technical plans, drawings and specifications to program CNC machine tools to produce parts meeting company quality standards.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and machining strategies based on part materials and specifications.
- Optimize CNC programs to maximize production efficiency while ensuring part quality and precision.
- Make adjustments and modifications to CNC programs according to production needs and customer requirements.
- Work closely with machine operators to ensure efficient implementation of CNC programs and resolve any issues.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to CNC programming.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Advanced mastery of CNC programming and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and their capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans, drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail, precision and ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
