Job Description:

The CNC Production Supervisor organizes, coordinates, and supervises employees and activities within the CNC Machining team to ensure an effective and efficient machining operation that meets safety, quality, and production standards.

Job Duties:

• Assigns work to department personnel to meet department objectives using knowledge of production processes, company policies, production schedules, work orders, equipment capacity and employee capabilities.
• Readily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and product flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost effective, quality oriented manufacturing operations.
• Establishes and controls procedures to meet production schedules.
• Establishes and monitors cost control systems to achieve department budget objectives.
• Facilitates and promotes company policy.
• Provides training, support, direction and guidance to department personnel to continually develop their work habits, job skills and safety practices.
• Evaluates employee performance and drives accountability.
• To work overtime as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum supervisory experience in a CNC production environment.
• 5 years experience operating and programming CNC Machinery.
• Ability to utilize SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, pull up to 100lbs and stand/walk for up to 10 hours.
