Position Profile Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop modifications and recommendations for improvements to the work flow process
- Review production data to identify potential areas of nonconformance
- Implement modifications where necessary and prepare status reports
- Perform tests or quality checks on assembled units
- Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements
- Maintain logs and other necessary documents.
- Work independently with moderate supervision
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP concepts
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Education, Certifications and Experience
- 2-4+ years manufacturing or related work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training or equivalent
