This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC mills and lathes on complex aerospace parts with tight tolerances.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC milling machines or lathes to produce high-precision aerospace components
• Interpret G-code, blueprints, and engineering models
• Set up machines and install tooling, fixtures, and cutting tools
• Understand feeds and speeds to ensure efficient cutting performance
• Run first-article inspections and verify part conformance using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles and TPM activities
• Load/unload materials and monitor machine performance throughout production

✅ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience OR interest in enrolling in an apprenticeship
• Familiarity with G-code, blueprints, and tight tolerance measurement tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating DMG Mori, Okuma, or Makino CNC machines
• Exposure to automated manufacturing processes
• Previous work in an AS9100-certified aerospace environment
