Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials and equipment
- Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed
- Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
- Inspect and measure finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Adhering to schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work safely with tools & machinery
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Essential duties as assigned
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating CNC lathe and mill machines is highly perferred
- Knowledge of 5 axis vertical and 4 axis horizontal mills and multi spindle/turret mill turn lathes a plus

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs unassisted.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or crouch.
