Job Summary: As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining our standards of excellence.
Job Duties:
- Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Ensure all items meet our strict quality control requirements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and make necessary adjustments.
- Interpret blueprints and use basic measuring instruments as needed.
- Complete all necessary documents accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Have 3 to 12 months of experience performing work under direct supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a beginning to working knowledge of CNC machine operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to interpret work instructions and follow both written and verbal directions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills to support manufacturing processes.
