CNC Multi-Axis Machinist III (2nd Shift)

Mogas Industries is seeking a well-qualified CNC Multi-Axis Machinist III (2nd shift) for our Houston facility. The purpose of the Machinist is to set up and operate, special purpose and machining centers to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.

Required Education and Experience:

• Five (5) plus years of experience working with CNC Multi-Axis Machines
• Technical college is a plus
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Mill experience is a plus
• MOB experience a plus

Responsibilities and Essential Requirements:

• Responsible for performing complex set ups, operate and monitor assigned machines and must have the ability to run both CNC Lathes and Mills. The CNC Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
• Measures, marks, and scribe's dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining.
• Inspect product to specifications and makes adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to meet quality standards.
