CNC Milling Setup & Operator – 2nd Shift (2pm–11:30pm)

Endoplus USA is a privately held medical device manufacturer specializing in high-quality laparoscopic instruments. Proudly made in the USA, our products support surgeons around the world—and we're growing. We're seeking an experienced CNC Milling Setup & Operator to join our 2nd shift team.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines (HAAS VF-3, VF-2, VF-0, Mini-Mill, SL-10)
• Operate collaborative robot (UR) for machine loading
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections (Keyence, micrometers, calipers, pin gauges)
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work area (5S environment)
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause investigations
• Suggest DFM (Design for Manufacturing) improvements
• Support EDM, Swiss, and deburring operations as needed
• Follow GDP and GMP manufacturing practices

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of CNC Milling Setup experience (Required)
• Proficient in reading technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools
• Experience mentoring or training machine operators a plus
• Able to work on-site in Mundelein, IL on 2nd shift

💲 Pay & Schedule:

• $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• Full-Time | 2nd Shift: 2pm – 11:30pm, Monday–Friday
