Endoplus is a growing, privately held medical device manufacturer specializing in laparoscopic instruments made in the USA. As demand increases, we’re scaling our robot-assisted CNC machining centers and looking for a skilled CNC Milling Set-Up and Operator to join our team in Mundelein, IL.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes (HAAS equipment)
• Operate collaborative robots (UR) for automated machine loading
• Read and interpret G-code and M-code
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
• Collaborate with team members to optimize tooling, fixtures, and programs
• Suggest Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements to reduce cost and complexity
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment following 5S principles
• Support other operations as needed (EDM, Swiss, deburring)

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CNC mill setup and operation
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Experience with robot-assisted machining (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Willing to work on-site in Mundelein, IL

💲 Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $35.00 – $45.00/hour (Based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift Options: Opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
