Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with strong CNC programming, setup, and operation skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming multi-axis CNC mills and producing precision components from start to finish.

This is a first-shift, full-time position with competitive pay, a steady workflow, and a professional, team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components.
• Create and edit programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize setups, tooling, and production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and operation of CNC mills.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G/M code.
• Experience with multi-axis or 3+2 machining preferred.
• Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill, Fusion 360).
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently to meet tight tolerances.
• Experience in a job shop or custom manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Climate-controlled shop
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional overtime available based on project demand.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
