CNC Mill Machinist

Location: New Holland, PA (Lancaster County)
Pay: $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Overtime Available)

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with 3-5-axis programming experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis to 5-axis)
• Program new parts and edit existing programs (Mastercam required)
• Produce precision parts to customer specifications, holding tight tolerances
• Perform in-process inspections and document results
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Reverse engineer parts and create/edit prints as needed
• Maintain quality and safety standards in all operations
• Tear down machines, clean up, and keep a safe, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a job shop or production environment
• Strong setup and operation skills for CNC milling machines
• Hands-on 5-axis programming experience
• Proficiency in Mastercam
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with dimensional inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
