Position Summary
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment used in CNC Production. The job is to fully support production and keep equipment running and in a good state of repair. Responsible for managing the Preventive Maintenance Program and keeping the system in full compliance. This is a key position in ensuring maximum uptime and productivity of the equipment.

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Keep all production equipment running at a high-efficiency rate and at maximum productivity.
  • Establish and perform preventive maintenance programs for production equipment that is compliant with the quality system.
  • Work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
  • Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed.
  • Maintain spare part inventories to ensure a high service level.
  • Perform additional duties/tasks as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years Maintenance experience in a high-tech environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CNC troubleshooting and repair.
  • High-level mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical skills including wiring, motors, and electronic.
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems installation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Computer and microprocessor experience, PLC, and ladder logic
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and machinery.
  • Organizational skills sufficient for OSHA and quality systems compliance
  • Basic knowledge of ISO/GMP regulations and work environment or other regulated industry
  • General machine troubleshooting and repair
  • CAD experience
  • Machining experience
