CNC Maintenance Mechanic
For over 75 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in low lift high-capacity industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a CNC Maintenance Mechanic.
Responsiblities
Basic repair CNC Machinery, manual machines, and machining centers.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment and inspection.
Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
Be able to clearly document all work in the maintenance management system. (Fluke)
Manage outside vendors for service and repairs.
Qualifications
Three years' experience in Repair and Maintenance of CNC machinery using a variety of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
One year minimum of experience in lockout tagout and arc flash safety.
Fully experienced with all basic hand tools and toolbox.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical procedures.
Ability to read part manuals, electrical, and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak clearly and effectively with other employees.
Make sure the work meets the required safety codes and is in accordance with company policies.
Experience with FANUC controls a plus
