Your day to day as a CNC Maintenance

As a Full Time CNC Maintenance Technician at WALCO Tool & Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and resolving mechanical issues across various equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components, to minimize downtime. You'll conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent machine failures, optimizing overall performance. Additionally, your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing work centers as well as building utility systems like electrical wiring controls and heating/cooling ventilation. Your skill set will also be vital in the maintenance and repair of both CNC machining centers and manual equipment, making a significant impact on our team's efficiency and productivity.
