CNC Machinist- Night Shift

Continue your journey as a CNC Machinist at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll be part of our Machine Shop performing set-ups, modifying, and creating programs, and operating various types of Swiss Machines. In this position you will perform complex setups from programs to ensure that completed parts conform to print and process specifications, and your ability to produce high-quality products on a timely basis to meet customer requirements will drive your success. Our team is proud of their contributions, making high tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to

• Determine program edits required to adjust speeds and feeds to machine parts properly and efficiently.
• Accurately inspect finished parts using microscopes, tool maker's scope, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers, or other equipment.
• Maintain adherence to production schedules and ensure quality inspections are completed in accordance with established procedures, resulting in a limited amount of Non-conforming Material Reports (NMR).

Are You Ready to

• Keep tools and gauges in assigned work area, tools, and gauges neat, safe and orderly at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Uses basic statistical concepts on a regular basis.

What You'll Need

• Diploma in Computer Integrated Machining, or currently enrolled in a program.
• 1-3 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
