We’re growing our team in Holland, MI, and are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist/Programmer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Operate OKK CNC Milling Machines: Set up, program (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar), and operate our OKK CNC mills to produce precision components.
• Efficient Production: Complete machining jobs on time while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the toolroom schedule, communicate job status, and support inventory management of materials and tooling.
• Shop Leadership: Promote quality standards, raise awareness of issues, and support training/expectations across the shop.
• Organization: Maintain an orderly file structure, keep tooling and fixtures organized, and document print changes.
• Continuous Improvement: Escalate issues, suggest process improvements, and support a root-cause/corrective-action mindset.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts, stop production if quality concerns arise, and provide feedback on prints and designs.
• Flexibility: Assist with grinding, lapping, and mechanical assembly when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of CNC Mill operation experience (setup, programming, and operation).
• Hands-on experience with OKK CNC milling machines (preferred).
• Proficiency with Fusion 360, Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools and GD&T.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs.
• Positive, team-focused attitude, even in challenging situations.
