This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "CMi is Proud to Offer." This position is considered non-exempt (paid on an hourly basis and eligible for overtime).
Pay range: $23.79 - $33.15 hourly based on qualifications and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The manufacturing facility is more than 54,000 square feet. Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by The Company and at request.
Vitesse Systems, LLC performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). What You'll Do:
- Program CNC machines according to internal policies and technical documentation using MasterCam under general supervision.
- Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine as required.
- Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly.
- Program and manufacture antenna feeds according to readings.
- Interpret and apply blueprints.
- Apply advanced geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Maintain CMi Quality and safety standards.
- Utilize hand and measurement tools to complete various manufacturing and quality assurance functions.
- Complete fabrication of specialized parts on manual machines.
- Support custom development of fixturing.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Strong communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency with GD&T
- Proficiency reading blueprints
- Proficiency with MasterCam
Your Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of precision machining experience
- Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Ability to pass a drug screen per Custom Microwave, Inc.'s drug testing policy.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check per Custom Microwave, Inc.'s policy.
