🔧 Position Overview: CNC Machinist

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / CNC Operator who can set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce high-precision parts.
(We are willing to train motivated candidates with limited CNC experience.)

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes using engineering drawings and specifications.
• 📏 Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).
• 💻 Make minor G-code edits and adjust machine parameters to ensure top quality.
• 🔍 Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues to maintain production efficiency.
• 🚀 Assist with process improvements, new part prove-outs, and continuous optimization.
• ✂️ Perform secondary operations such as deburring and finishing.
• 🧹 Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.

🎯 Qualifications

• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
• 🏭 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment).
• 📐 Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• 🔧 Proficient with precision measuring instruments and shop math.
• 🛠 Manual machining experience is a plus.
• 🤝 Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• 🖥 Basic computer knowledge for CNC interfaces and documentation.
