TSE Industries (family-owned for 60+ years) is hiring CNC Machinist Class B Operators to join our growing machine shop in Clearwater, FL. We machine a wide variety of plastics in a custom/job shop environment where parts change daily. This is a great opportunity for experienced CNC machinists looking for steady, hands-on work with a stable company.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and routers (Northwood + additional brands)
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and traveler documents
• Select tools, prepare raw materials, and set machining factors (speed, feed, coolant, depth, etc.)
• Perform first-piece checks and adjust programs as needed to meet print
• Operate CNC + one additional work center within the shop
• Enter job data accurately in TSE’s ERP system
• Assist with tool grinding and basic toolmaking as needed
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production staff to solve machining challenges

Requirements

✅ 1–5 years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or routers)
✅ Strong setup and operation skills (plating, metals, or plastics background accepted)
✅ Ability to read blueprints and machining documentation
✅ Familiarity with machinist math, algebra, and geometry
✅ Strong problem-solving and quality focus

Pay, Shifts & Benefits

💵 Pay: $21–$24/hour
🌙 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | +$0.50/hr
🌙 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thu) | +$1.00/hr
🎉 $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days
