Pay: $18 – $35/hour + $2.50/hour shift premium

We’re looking for an experienced and driven CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in producing mission-critical components with accuracy and efficiency using state-of-the-art CNC mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to meet tight specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and control plans
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, and materials appropriate for each job
• Make machine edits using G-code (Mazatrol experience is a plus)
• Monitor operations, make offsets and adjustments to maintain quality
• Conduct part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized work areas through 5S principles
• Accurately record material usage, tooling changes, and production data
• Work collaboratively with programmers and team members to optimize performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–7+ years of CNC milling experience with proven ability to make offsets/adjustments at the control
• Proficient with G & M code; familiarity with Mazatrol is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of machining parameters, geometry, and trigonometry
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and general machining best practices
• Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and quality-focused
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks as required
