CNC Machinist

Direct hire opening for a CNC Machinist. First and Second Shift Available.

1st Shift - 6 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift - 2:30 PM - 1 AM

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. The ideal canddiate will have experience in CNC machine operations and knowledge of G-Code, Master CAM, and/or ESPRIT software.
Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Operate CNC machines efficiently and ensure product quality.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings and program CNC machines using G-Code.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous CNC machine set-up and operation experience.
• Training in CNC machine operations is preferred.
• Experience using G-Code, Master CAM, and/or ESPRIT software is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of machining tools and equipment.
• Understanding of safety protocols and practices.
