Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct inspections of finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (minimum of 5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, setups, and operations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with various types of CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, etc.) and controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.).
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification or relevant technical training is a plus.
