CNC Machinist

Position/Union Classification: CNC Machinist with Ticket (Red Seal is required)

Machine shop rotation is 1 week on day shift then 1 week afternoon shift.

Morning Shift is 7 am - 3:15 pm

Afternoon is 3 pm - 11 pm

Qualifications:

• Employees who have served a recognized apprenticeship in the machinists' trade and are able to, without supervision edit programs, set-up and operate CNC equipment to achieve desired results.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent mathematical skills including the ability to work with fractional measurements and decimals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience

• Have completed a recognized apprenticeship in the machinist's trade.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent and Machinist Ticket.

Wages

• Probationary rate: $37.56/hour
