You'll be responsible for operating and troubleshooting Blanchard Grinders, ensuring quality through inspection and machine adjustments, and meeting precise customer specifications. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to learn what it takes to distribute specialty metals across the globe.

- 2+ years of experience using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools, and machines.
- Proficiency in setting up and using measuring equipment including CMM, CAD-Cam, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers, Profilometers, etc.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and design sketches.
