Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in manufacturing high-precision components that are vital to our success. You'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, while also contributing to an environment that values your input and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Machines: Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, machine settings, and any changes made during the manufacturing process.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or a similar role. Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and experience with CNC programming languages such as G-code.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
