Role
Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator). You'll perform setups, machine adjustments, minor repairs, testing, calibration, and operation of CNC and manual machinery. You'll play a key role in implementing programs to minimize production changeovers and machine downtime, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Ability to read and interpret complex oral, written, and visual instructions for machine setup.
- Experience with complex products, machines, programming, and processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting, grinding, and complex turning and milling utilizing multiple machine axes.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and manipulate up to 35 lbs and stand and/or walk for long periods.
