Precision 360, a Morris Group Inc. company is seeking an ambitious and detailed Service Manager/Logistics Specialist for our West Palm Beach Florida team. This role will provide the right individual an opportunity to develop within a multifaceted company in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for workforce management of Precision 360 Field Service Technicians and technical support staff.
  • Responsible for efficient scheduling of on-site customer visits for new machine installs, maintenance, and service requests.
  • Ensure that all Tsugami machines are installed correctly and running at optimal levels per customer expectations.
  • Handle current and new customer relationships within the Precision 360 territory.
  • Drive and assist in the recruiting process for new employees.
  • Providing outstanding customer service in escalated situations.
  • Evaluate technician's technical skill, create, and implement training plans as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing of field service department and commit to same day/next day response time.
  • Evaluate metric data and develop and deploy continuous improvement projects as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships with our machine tool builder and other third-party vendors.
  • Ensure completion of Service Appointment reports and work with the appropriate internal team when information is needed.
  • Work with Sales and Engineering Department during the post-sale process, to ensure accurate handoff of information.
Other Functions:
  • Perform related duties as required.

Job Qualifications/Proficiencies:
  • Prior technical experience with CNC Machines: Tsugami, Citizen, or Starr preferred.
  • 2+ years managing a dynamic team.
  • Prior Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Consistent record keeping organized in an environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed. This can include overnight travel at times.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior team works skills.
