About the Role:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings will be essential in ensuring that the machines are set up correctly and that the finished products meet the required specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating CNC machines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software
  • Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls
  • Experience with precision measuring tools
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Associate's degree in Manufacturing or related field

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure that machines are set up correctly
  • Monitor machines during the production process to ensure that they are running smoothly and that finished products meet the required specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will use your technical skills to operate and maintain CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
