CNC Lathe Set Up Machinist - 1st or 2nd Shift

📍 Hatfield, PA | 🕒 Full-Time (Direct Hire) | 💲 $25-32/hr

• 1st Shift - M-F - 6:30 am - 1:30 pm
• 2nd Shift - M-T - 2:30pm-1:30 am (10% differential)
• Overtime available

B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Set Up Machinist to join our growing team. We’re a third-generation, family-owned company known for precision, quality, and stability.

What You’ll Do

• Set up & operate CNC lathes (2–4 axis; Okuma & Doosan).
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and program edits (G-Code/M-Code).
• Read blueprints and ensure tight-tolerance, high-quality production.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify parts.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years CNC Lathe/Mill setup experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading & G-Code/M-Code.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain tight tolerances.
