We’re hiring a CNC lathe operator for our day shift. You’ll be responsible for running production parts on twin-spindle and Swiss-type lathes, maintaining quality, and keeping machines running efficiently.

This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in consistent, accurate work and can keep production moving with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Load and run twin-spindle and Swiss-type CNC lathes according to setup sheets and job instructions
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Monitor tool wear and make minor offset adjustments when needed
  • Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
  • Record production data and inspection results accurately
  • Communicate issues or quality concerns to the lead machinist or setup tech

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of CNC lathe operating experience (twin-spindle or Swiss preferred)
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and understand tolerances
  • Familiarity with common inspection tools and basic machine offsets
  • Dependable, consistent, and detail-oriented work habits
  • Experience with Fanuc or Citizen controls a plus

Schedule and Pay

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Pay: Based on experience and capability
  • Overtime available as needed
