Machinist I/II – Spring City, PA

Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm (Mon–Thurs) – Optional OT (Fri/Sat)
2nd Shift: 10:00am – 8:30pm (Mon–Thurs) – Optional OT (Fri/Sat) – 10% shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC Lathes
• Load material, adjust offsets, and perform tool changes
• Write and edit machining programs for new parts
• Perform in-process inspections and verify conformance to specs
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precision measurement
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
• Operate Doosan and Puma 3–4 Axis Lathes (Dual Spindle, Dual Turret, Live Tooling) with Fanuc controls

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency with measuring tools and basic math
• Ability to read and interpret prints and technical manuals
• Experience setting up and running various machines — or willingness to learn
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
