What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Develop and execute CMM programs on Zeiss CMM equipment. 🔹 Perform dimensional and visual inspections of in-process and finished products. 🔹 Validate and calibrate CMM probes and accessories to ensure accuracy. 🔹 Identify defects, generate nonconformance reports, and uphold AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards. 🔹 Collaborate with engineers and machinists to maintain peak production efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of CMM programming/operating experience with tight tolerances. ✅ Experience in aerospace or automotive industries preferred. ✅ Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.). ✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to generate clear, accurate reports. ✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
