• Location: Fife, WA (on-site)
• Duration: 90 days (possible extension based on workload)
• Shift: 8 hours - 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (OT available)
• Pay: Up to $60/hr DOE
• Per Diem: $150/day
• Traveling candidates welcome — travel/per diem available
• Engagement: W-2 contract preferred (agency payroll OK; or compliant independent business arrangement)

BPI Medical (Fife, Washington) is seeking an ASAP on-site contract CNC Programmer for a 90-day assignment (8-hour shift; OT available; travel/per diem available). We manufacture orthopedic and spinal medical devices in Titanium / CoCr / Stainless and need a programmer who can take work from print → program → proven process, partnering closely with the floor to deliver safe, stable production.

Non-negotiables

• Hands-on 5-axis VMC programming + prove out support (simultaneous 5-axis strongly preferred)
• Matsuura MX-520 experience strongly preferred
• Strong programming competence for Haas mills + Haas lathe
• Comfortable machining Ti / CoCr / SS in a quality-driven environment
• Floor execution strength: safe run-up, collision avoidance, offsets/tool comp, probing strategy (as applicable)

Nice to have

• DMG MORI NLX1500 programming experience (or similar turning center)

What success looks like

• Programs released cleanly and supported through prove out; stable production handoff
• Setup sheets/tool lists/offset strategy documented and revision-controlled
• Cycle-time, tool life, and process stability improved where practical
