We are seeking an exceptional, experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. Openings on all shifts: 4x10's, 3X12's, 5X8's.

Weekends Day/Graveyard 12 Hour shifts Fri-Sun. Shift differentials apply to off-shifts.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to:
  • Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing prints.
  • Possess efficient math skills and advance understanding of geometric tolerance GD&T.
  • Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, pins, indicators, bore gauges, optical comparator and height gage.
  • CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly. Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls.
  • Inspect machined parts following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol.
  • Must have CNC 3, 4 & 5 axis machining experience.
  • Machining and holding tolerances of +/- .0002"
  • Proof out specialist for FAI / MBO.
  • Able to change fixtures and manage tool libraries.
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machines using judgment and queues including hearing or feeling the material interaction with machine.
  • Able to determine correct tooling and approach when troubleshooting.
  • Able to approach setup and change over with fundamentals of proofing out programs.
  • Able to utilize Renishaw probing and read logic programs.
  • 5s, keeping area organized and clean.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple task simultaneous.
  • Experienced in the set-up and run of 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machine centers.
  • Experienced with multiple metrology tools for measuring and recording part dimensions.
