Responsibilities
  • Programs and operates CNC mills, lathes, Water Jets, and other Tool Room machinery
  • Develops and implements programs in Mastercam
  • Machiningvariety of parts and gauges to very close tolerances
  • Performs difficult tool room operations including skilled fittings and adjustments
  • Participates in cross departmental work production based on business needs
  • Learns and upholds defined quality standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimize work efficiency
Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or related environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years using a CAM software
  • Strong mechanical aptitude including ability to read mechanical & electrical drawings
  • Experience utilizing hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
  • Solid understanding of Tool Room terminology
  • Ability to program, set up, and run CNC machines
