As a 2nd Shift CNC Lead (also known as CNC Supervisor, CNC Team Lead), you'll be responsible for leading a team, solving issues as they arise, reading blueprints, operating CNC Swiss Screw Machines, inspecting parts, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a clean work environment. You'll also have the opportunity to learn new parts/processes in a consistently changing environment.
