Our parts power industries like aerospace, medical, EV, defense, agriculture, and more — and now, we’re hiring for our 2nd shift CNC team.&nbsp; &nbsp; If you take pride in running tight parts, improving processes, and working in a clean, well-organized environment with a supportive team — we want to talk to you.&nbsp;🔧 What You’ll Do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss machines or CNC Mills&nbsp;</li><li>Read and interpret part drawings, travelers, and work instructions&nbsp;</li><li>Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Complete in-process quality control documentation and inspection sheets&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain production flow: prompt machine start-up, smooth shift handoffs, and run-throughs during breaks&nbsp;</li><li>Support continuous improvement, 6S, and lean initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul>👇 You’re a Fit If You:&nbsp;<ul><li>Have experience with Swiss lathes (Star, Miyano, or other Fanuc-controlled machines), or horizontal/vertical mills (Makino, Haas, Brother)&nbsp;</li><li>Know how to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances&nbsp;</li><li>Are comfortable operating multiple machines&nbsp;</li><li>Take ownership of your work and love being part of a team&nbsp;</li><li>Have strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills (trig/geometric formulas are a plus)&nbsp;</li><li>Can perform visual inspection on small parts (microscope)&nbsp;</li></ul>📅 Shift &amp; Schedule:&nbsp;Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (4-day workweek!)&nbsp;+10% Shift Differential&nbsp;💵 Pay &amp; Perks:&nbsp;<ul><li>22–36/hour depending on experience&nbsp;</li><li>2,500 Signing Bonus&nbsp;</li><li>$1,250 after 30 days&nbsp;</li><li>$1,250 after 90 days&nbsp;</li><li>Full benefits package&nbsp;</li><li>Family-oriented company culture&nbsp;</li><li>Career growth opportunities&nbsp;</li></ul>🔗 About Bracalente:&nbsp;We’re a third-generation, family-owned precision manufacturer with a global reach and a local feel.
