CNC operators utilize CNC machinery to complete custom projects per specified drawings, ensuring the scope of work is completed on time, on budget with a focus on excellent quality while maintaining a safe working environment. Job Duties: <ul><li> Interpret fabrication drawings, bill of materials and work manuals.</li><li> Set up tools per specified programming and cutting requirements</li><li> Adjust machine settings for tool compensations and material types.</li><li> Check completed parts for quality of cut and critical dimensions.</li><li> Identify concerns or problems with current design or manufacturing process.</li><li> Perform daily, and weekly machine PMs.</li></ul>Job Qualifications: <ul><li> 3-5 years experience using a CNC Router in a Glass factory.</li><li> Ability to set up and change tools.</li><li> Basic knowledge of G-CODE</li><li> Ability to read and understand shop drawings.</li><li> Ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and provide quality workmanship.</li><li> Ability to work in a team environment. </li></ul>Required physical strength: <ul><li> Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Frequently.</li><li> Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
