Mold Maker II - CNC Focused MME Group - A Seaway Plastics Company Pay: $26-$34/hour MME Group is seeking an Mold Maker II to Build, repair, and modify complex plastic injection molds with a focus on CNC machining. Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assemble and disassemble complex molds to meet customer specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mold issues within a reasonable cost and time frame.</li><li>Operate necessary equipment and perform inspections efficiently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Set-up and operate CNC machine.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate with vendors and team members.</li><li>Work with a cross functional team of Tooling Engineers, CNC machinists, and other Mold Makers.</li><li>Wire complete runnerless molds with supervision.</li><li>Time rack and gear molds and assemble molds with hydraulic cylinders.</li><li>Utilize Mastercam Software.</li><li>Manage minor mold repairs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skill Requirements: <ul><li>2 years technical/trade school with an emphasis on tool making or equivalent experience.</li><li>3 years of mold making experience with proficiency in precision surface grinding, CNC milling, and EDM processes.</li><li>Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Mastercam.</li><li>Technical mathematical skills such as geometry, trigonometry, and print reading.</li><li>Knowledge of tool shop processes.</li><li>Ability to lift 70 pounds and use precision measuring tools.</li><li>Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States.</li></ul> Benefits Include: <ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>401k with employer match</li><li>Short-term disability</li><li>Long-term disability</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul>Other details <ul> <li> Pay Type Hourly</li></ul>Apply Now
