Fri- Sat- Sun- Day Shift CNC Machinist for Gaishin Manufacturing Benton Harbor Facility: Our Fri- Sat- Sun- Day Shift works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. This is a 36 hour work week, that if completed, will earn you 40 hours of pay! We are looking for candidates that are looking for a long-term career at a company that values and supports their employees. What we are looking for: <ul><li>Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.</li><li>Must be willing to learn and have the ability to be coached.</li><li>Previous Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe operation preferred.</li><li>Min. 2 years of any CNC operation, experience operating Murata machinery a plus</li><li>Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.</li><li>Understanding of production procedures.</li><li>Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&amp;T.</li></ul> Job Summary: A successful machinist/operator within our organization will accurately and efficiently use multi-axis CNC machines to produce quality parts, troubleshoot, set-up or process issues quickly, maintain equipment, and keep all production areas clean and organized.
