We have openings for vertical and horizontal mills and lathes with various machining companies in the Chambersburg, Mercersburg, and Greencastle PA areas. Looking for machinists that are: <ul><li>Proficent with Mazak, Haas, or Mori-Seiki CNC machines using Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls.</li><li>Versed in G&amp;M code.</li><li>Experience with 4/5 axis machining.</li><li>Ability to take measurements with micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other various tools of metrology as well as visual scopes/comparators</li><li>CMM operation and programming experience a plus.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and an understanding of geometric tolerancing is necessary.</li><li>Ability to setup production jobs with existing programs to run unmanned.</li><li>Mastercam experience would be great</li><li>Able to demonstrate a solid grasp of geometry/trigonometry.</li><li>Just need people who are going to be reliable. Job Type Full-time Description OVERVIEW Cadrex Southampton has a need to add an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to setup and operate CNC Lathes to produce a wide variety of complex machined parts. CNC machining experience, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the willingness and ability to learn are critical to success.
