This includes checking all fluid levels, system pressure, tooling wear, component lubrication and cleaning.</li><li>Accurately report production results (labor time, part counts and status) in production system.</li><li>Properly report scrap and move to reject hold area or QC reject area.</li><li>Responsible for all housekeeping. Perform major cleanup as required.</li><li>Follows and completes daily work assignments as directed.</li><li>Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for meeting production requirements based on established labor standards.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Knowledge/Skills: <ul><li>Basic math skills including: </li><li><ul><li>adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and decimals</li><li>ability to convert fractions into decimals and vice versa</li><li>ability to calculate percentages</li></ul></li><li>Basic computer skills including typing and ability to enter data into Bettcher workstations.</li><li>Verify the setup of and operation of gages and other measuring equipment.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate proper usage of gages (i.e., caliper, micrometer, and depth gage).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or technical drawings including GD&amp;T and apply the information as it relates to gaging, dimensioning, and tolerancing.</li></ul>Education and Experience: <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Preferred 3 years of experience in manufacturing machining / vocational schooling </li><li>Must be able to troubleshoot equipment &amp; identify tooling issues such as worn tooling and tool holders.</li><li>Must meet all the qualification standards requirements of previous level.</li></ul>Physical Requirements: <ul><li>Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials. </li><li>Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach and walk in order to operate multiple machines simultaneously. </li><li>May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.</li></ul>
