CNC Machinist General Summary The CNC Machinist is responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine and maintaining equipment and supplies. This position maintains quality and safety standards and documentation of machining activities. This position will report to the Shop General Manager and have no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Job Functions <ul><li>Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern</li><li>Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values.</li><li>Plans machining activities by studying and interpreting work orders and engineering specifications. CNC Machinist (Lathe and Mill): Machinists are highly skilled professionals who can work from customer drawings and specifications to MIC work instructions, and manufacture parts and assemblies that meet all dimensional and quality requirements. CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the machining of complex parts, as well as conducting setups on mills and lathes.
