CNC Lathe Machinist/Machine Operator Entry Level or Experienced-3rd Shift

We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator for a unique opportunity on our manufacturing team in Appleton, WI. Our shop is not your typical machine shop. As a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of a successful team and will be responsible for operating the vertical turning centers that produce specialized products and components for the aerospace industry. McNally Industries, located in Northwestern WI, is looking for 2 nd shift machinists. Enjoy working in a clean, modern, climate-controlled work environment, and a 4-day work week, Monday - Thursday. QUALIFICATIONS <ol><li>Associate degree in Machine Tool Techniques or CNC Technician Certificate or five years of experience as a CNC machinist in a production environment or Journeyman Machinist with five years production machining experience or equivalent.</li><li>High volume and computer numerically controlled machining experience in precision aluminum parts.</li><li>Strong math skills.</li><li>Ability to read and utilize blueprints, micrometers, electronic indicators, dial calipers, and other precision equipment.</li><li>Familiar with Geometric Tolerancing and processes capability requirements.</li><li>Hands on experience running machines on the shop floor.</li><li>Experience with the function and design of fixtures.
