Your Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate in departments related to the trade to complete 7000 on-the-job training hours and successfully complete related classroom instruction specific to the trade
  • Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills
  • Performs Quality Checks in accordance with Control Plan, uses measuring devices as required
  • Changes Grinding Wheels as required
  • Maintains proper product labeling and staging, and maintains Production Records
  • Uses hand tools for machine adjustment, operates equipment within expected production rate
  • Performs Complete Set-ups on machines defined, troubleshoots routine/normal set-up and machine problems
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge
  • Hands-on learner
  • Blueprint reading
  • CNC machining
  • Accuracy in measurement
  • Metal cutting practices
  • Math
  • Enthusiastic about their career in skilled trades
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
  • Positive work ethic
  • Problem solving skills
